In the demon city of Chaya that lays in the shadows of the human plane, rules and regulations are key. Humans are dangerous and must be kept away at all times. Licenses are issued for the jobs and careers for each demon to maintain order within the realm. However when one is half-human, half-demon, whose existence is only somewhat tolerated by those that surround you, licenses are hard to come by.

 You play as Rukio, half-human and half-nekomata, and in order to finally get a license to be able to work properly and enter into society, you're going to have to find a partner. You choose between a select number of different types of demons. Convince them to partner up with you in order to succeed. Fail and you will be faced with what lies in the shadows.
